Cancellation & Refund Policy

DR.AQSA'S Herbal Cosmetics believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has a supportive cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the vendors or shipping has been initiated.

DR.AQSA'S Herbal Cosmetics does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. Refund or replacement can be made only if the customer proves that the delivered product quality was not satisfactory.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our customer service team. The request will be processed once the merchant verifies the issue at their end. This must be reported on the same day of receiving the product.

If you believe the delivered product does not match what was shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our customer service on the same day of delivery. After reviewing your concern, the team will make an appropriate decision.

For products covered under manufacturer's warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer directly.

For any refunds approved by DR.AQSA'S Herbal Cosmetics, it may take 6–8 days for the amount to be processed back to the customer.
