At DrAqsa’s Herbal Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and at the best shipping rates. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post).
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
    • Other locations: 5–7 business days
    • Remote/Interiors: 7–10 business days
  • Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors (weather, courier delays, festivals, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500.
  • For orders below ₹500, a standard shipping fee of ₹60–100 (depending on location) will be applied.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may carry an additional handling fee.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped within India only.
  • International shipping will be introduced soon.

6. Delays & Non-Delivery

  • If your order is delayed or undelivered, please reach out to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
  • DrAqsa’s is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or issues beyond our control.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • In case of damaged, missing, or lost items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable).
  • We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
